The Recruitment process explained:
 

1. Initial contact via phone or email
2. We will send you an application form, please return this as soon as possible to Trianik Cleaners Ltd, Newmarket Business Centre, Suite 4, 341 Exning Road, Newmarket, CB8 0AT
3. If you have the attributes we are looking for we will invite you to attend an interview.
4. If the interview was a success we will require you to perfom a trial clean so we can see what level you work to and address any training requirements. 
5. We will then obtain references (Minimum 2 professional references required)
6. Thorough and detailed background checks will then be made. 
7. If stages 1-6 have gone successfully then a Job Offer will be made.
8. You will then be invited to attend an induction to discuss company policies, agree on hours/days working, provide you with your uniform and cleaning materials and a contract will be agreed upon.
9.Training and shadowing will then commence
10. Once you are happy and confident to work to our standards  you will then be ready to start work. your jobs will be frequently inspected in your first 3 months until your probation has been completed.
